I read that the Tsar and his family, his cook and others were killed by Red guys in a fucking funny baseroom (without permission from Lenin or other big man).

Do you agree with this execution? Which one would you stand with if you lived in that time? Red chads, Great Tsar or even Anarchy mama?

ni hao! wo shi eluosi! lihai! lihai! lihai!

What can we say about this? Comrade Lenin and the core of the Bolshevik party opposed the assassination of the Tsar and his family. Obviously, the tsar's family, with the exception of the Empress, had no fault to find. They wanted to try the tsar in an open trial. And most likely he would have been sentenced to death. But the key point here is that he should be tried by a Soviet court, openly, so that everyone can familiarize themselves with the case materials.

Considering the fact that the Tsar was not very well liked by the people, to put it mildly. When he fell into the hands of the workers and peasants of the Ural Regional Council, they made a serious political mistake. And they sentenced the King and his family to death. Motivating this by the fact that the Tsar is a symbol around which the so-called "whites" could rally. In fact, this was not the case. And by their decision, the workers and peasants of the Ural Regional Council essentially discredited themselves and the Soviet government.

That was not the first royal to perish in uprising, nothing noteworthy really.

Thanks for your explanation of background! Are you learning Chinese?

The last emperor of Qing dynasty in China -- Puyi -- was not killed by Chinese army, but became a gardener in Beijing. But some of us do not think it is a good decision...

Yes, I am learning Putonghua and have successfully passed the HSK-1 exam.

I understand why many chinese people don't like the figure of the last emperor. Since he was a puppet of militaristic Japan, while ruling the state of Manchukuo. He was not directly involved in the Marco Polo Bridge incident, but he provided a springboard for a full-scale invasion of China. But I assure you that it's the right decision not to kill him. As a result, he repented, underwent re-education in a camp for war criminals and eventually supported the communists, even joined some kind of communist organization. In fact, this is a really smart decision.

P.S.
By the way, despite all the Western European propaganda, I have a positive attitude towards Mao Zedong. He really did a lot of good things for ordinary people, for example, he introduced mandatory vaccinations, raised the level of education, life expectancy increased under him, and the population grew at a rapid pace. Etc. But Western European propaganda only remembers the Cultural Revolution and the Great Leap Forward.

If I recall correctly, there were a lot of Maoists in Western Europe in the beginning of Cultural Revolution (e.g. Mai 68 in France). And That's interesting.

But Mao (and other big man such as Deng) is just a symbol in today life, you can not learn anything about him after 1949 in school, including Cultural Revolution and Great Leap, even the good things are hidden.

Political education is just a JOKE in today's education system, they don't want you to know anything, to understand anything (literally). Just be tame and obey the rules, that's it.

>Yes, I am learning Putonghua
Good luck! Enjoy it! (though maybe a little bit difficult for foreigners!)
